Home Health Care’s licensed practical nurses (LPN) for seniors provide care to elderly clients in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis St. Paul, Minnesota and the surrounding nine counties. Twin Cities Personal care services includes:
- Monitoring elderly clients’ body functions and health status, including checking vital signs - temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration
- Cleaning, observing and redressing wounds
- Implementing a medication routine
- Performing injections and other hands-on treatments
- Checking and helping with catheters and feeding tubes
- Providing nail, foot and skin care
